Are the vacuums free to use?
Yes, at Jurassic Wash and Shine vacuums are free to use 24 hours a day!
How often should I wash my vehicle?
If you're using our wash we recommend washing your vehicle twice a week. If you're using our Bronto package with the ceramic coating twice a week will keep your car clean and coated for full time protection.
Do we offer a Membership plan?
Yes, we have a membership plan called "Dino Club". Download the app and click on "Dino Club" to Join today!
How do I sign up for the Dino Club Membership?
On the Home screen:
• Click Dino Club.
• Click continue.
• Select your wash package.
• Enter your vehicle information and payment information.
• Click start washing.
At our Location:
• Scan the QR code and the wash will turn on automatically.
Can I use my Dino Club plan on more than one vehicle?
Yes, Dino Club members get 4 washes every 30 days. You can use them on your phone how ever you want.
When will I be billed for my Dino Club membership?
You will be billed every 30 days from the date of sign up.
What happens when I cancel my Dino Club membership?
Your Dino Club membership will remain active with un used washes till the end of your 30 day cycle.
How do I Cancel or Deactivate My Membership?
Click on Dino Club, click on change my plan, then click cancel my membership.
How do I use the app?
• Download the app from the google play store or the apple play store.
• Click "more" in the bottom right hand of the screen.
• Click "referral" and then create your account.
Once the account is created you will see a download credit in the wallet for 17.00. You can use this credit by clicking "buy single wash" and following the instructions. Then use your phone to scan the QR code on the face of the pay-station. The wash will then turn on automatically.
How do I change my Credit Card on the App?
On the apps main screen click "more" in the bottom right corner, click on settings, then click on update your card.
